I just wanted to express how impressed we are with your above-and-beyond care for our four cats, they truly feel well looked after! Aside from one small detail, everything has been exceptional. I recently learned that it’s possible to vaccinate cats in their legs or tail, and as an overly cautious cat parent, I would have loved to know about that option, as well as the potential risks associated with vaccinating between the shoulder blades. It could be helpful to educate or inform cat owners who may not be aware of these alternatives. That said, everything else has been truly above and beyond. ​I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care provided to my four cats at Avonvale Vets. Every experience here is transparent, direct, and focused on finding the best possible outcome for my cats, whether managing minor health issues or complex, serious conditions. ​When one of my cats was diagnosed with cancer, Deborah demonstrated absolute professionalism, dedication, and true expertise. She meticulously researched the latest literature, consulted with other specialists across her professional network to ensure the absolute best approach, and discussed every step directly with me. Thanks to her collaborative approach and ego-free dedication, my cat is healthy today. ​The personal care and empathy from the entire team are outstanding: ​Tailored, Stress-Free Care: My anxious cat was given her own private, quiet room to recover after procedures. ​Compassionate Attention: When another cat felt needy and vocal after her spay surgery, the staff carried her around, petted her, and kept her comfortable. ​Proactive Diagnostics: They caught early-stage arthritis in my male cat, presenting clear treatment options so I could choose the best care plan early on. ​Rapid Emergency Support: My fourth cat was accommodated almost instantly with a quick emergency appointment when needed. ​The team consistently goes above and beyond in every single situation. Sadly required an emergency appointment last week but we were very grateful for the fantastic service we had. As we are new to the area we were not registered with a local vet but I had seen on local facebook groups that neighbours gave really positive reviews on this vet, so when our guinea pig was suddenly very unwell Avonvale in wellesbourne immediately came to mind. We were given an appointment for 30 minutes after I phoned and were seen by senior vet Deborah. Deborah was thorough, empathetic and kind. The staff on the front desk were also lovely. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I never get bad advice and always get honesty from all the vets I see about my dogs and pets. They always go the extra mile for us and I appreciate it extremely. I can always get an appointment super fast also which I’m very grateful for. Best vets ever. Even the dogs think so

Had concerns with our dog with regard to a lump. They provided a thorough examination took time to explain and reassure. Undertaken by a professional and caring person.
